Hello, I’m Ava Park - Founder of avaé
avaé is a premium medical tourism concierge service designed to help clients planning their journey to Korea make safer, more informed and more personalised choices.
I was born and raised in Korea, where I studied Hotel Management and Fashion. I later graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) from one of Australia's top Group of Eight universities and have since gained hands-on experience in the Australian beauty industry across client services and marketing.
Through working closely with local clients, I saw that many people were interested in Korean plastic surgery, skin treatments, cosmetic procedures and health check-ups, but often felt unsure about where to begin, who to trust and how to navigate the process safely.
Since 2019, I have lived and studied across different cultural environments, including Hawaii, Singapore and Australia. These experiences allowed me to understand first-hand the uncertainty, anxiety and limitations of information that can come with seeking medical services in an unfamiliar country.

I believe this is one of the most important questions every client should ask before beginning their medical tourism journey. Plastic surgery and aesthetic treatments are not simply medical procedures — they require an understanding of facial balance, personal image, lifestyle and each client’s individual vision of beauty.

At avaé, I aim to offer something more considered: guidance shaped by my understanding of Korean local culture and medical systems, together with a sharp aesthetic eye developed through my background in fashion and diverse beauty industry experience.
