  • Avaé’s services consist of tailored image consulting reports rather than physical goods.

  • Once payment is completed, the analysis process begins based on the materials submitted by the client (such as photos, questionnaires, and personal details).

  • Reports are delivered as PDF files via email. No shipping costs or postal delivery are involved.

Delivery Method and Timeframe

  • Reports are generally prepared and delivered by email within 1–10 business days, depending on the client’s purchase option (Standard, Premium, Trial, etc.).

  • Clients must ensure they can receive emails from avaebeauty.au@gmail.com and check spam or junk folders.

  • The delivery timeframe may vary depending on the scope of service and complexity of analysis.

Important Notes on Delivery

  • If clients delay submitting required materials (e.g. photos, completed questionnaires), the delivery of reports may also be delayed.

  • Avaé is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by client-side issues such as incorrect email addresses or blocked spam settings. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery in such cases.

  • In the event of technical errors or system issues on Avaé’s side, clients will be notified promptly, and re-delivery will be arranged.
