  • What is the difference between Trial, Standard, Premium, and Full Signature Consulting?
Trial Consulting is an introductory service designed to let you experience Avaé’s analytical approach in a lighter format. It provides around a quarter of the full report, focusing on simplified bone structure review, image analysis, and a selection of key recommendations. For example, the Hair Trial does not evaluate all 27 structural factors and 48 hairstyle types; instead, it highlights core points with 4 Best, 4 Worst, and 4 Normal suggestions. Makeup and Fashion Trials also deliver condensed versions, giving you a quick sense of direction. Standard Consulting is the foundation of Avaé’s services, offering a comprehensive full analysis based on objective structural assessment. For instance, Hair includes all 27 bone factors and 48 hairstyle types, Makeup covers 40 facial factors and 81 makeup categories, and Fashion analyses 43 body factors and 301 fashion categories. Instead of limiting you to one “ideal style,” Standard provides a balanced direction, enhancing strengths while minimising weaknesses across multiple styling options. Premium Consulting builds on the Standard analysis by integrating your lifestyle, personal style vision, and goals for impression change. It goes beyond what structurally “fits” to design styles that align with your desired mood and image. For example, a feature that may be seen as a “flaw” by general standards could, in Premium, be reframed as a unique asset that enhances individuality and character. Full Signature Consulting is Avaé’s most advanced and comprehensive package. It covers all four categories — Personal Colour, Hair, Makeup, and Fashion — not only through full analysis but also by ensuring harmony across them. It provides a complete styling roadmap and includes additional follow-up Q&A for 30 days, making it ideal for clients seeking in-depth guidance.
  • Can I start with a Trial and then upgrade to Standard or Premium?
Yes. Clients who book Standard or Premium Consulting within 30 days of their Trial session receive a 5% discount. To claim this, simply send a screenshot of your previous Trial result via DM to our official Instagram account @avae_au, and we’ll provide you with a discount coupon code for your next booking.
  • Is the consultation available only online?
Yes. Avaé Consulting is conducted entirely online and contact-free. This is not just for convenience — photographs are actually the most precise tool for analysing bone structure and proportions. In-person observation can be distorted by angles, distance, or lighting, whereas photos taken with standardised guidelines allow for consistent and objective comparison. Avaé has developed a photo-based reverse analysis method backed by years of research and data, enabling more accurate and replicable results than face-to-face observation.
  • Do you offer men’s consulting?
At present, Avaé’s consulting services are focused on female-based analysis and solutions. Our framework for bone structure, body proportions, and image styling has been developed and validated primarily through female-focused research and case studies, ensuring the highest level of precision and reliability for women. Men’s consulting is currently under separate research and testing, and will be formally launched once accuracy and effectiveness have been fully validated. The official release date will be announced on our website and official channels. Avaé remains committed to expanding its services to deliver tailored consulting for all genders and individual characteristics in the future.
  • How long does it take to receive my results?
Avaé consultations are 1:1 personalised services, so timing depends on availability. Trial results are delivered within 24 hours of payment, while Standard/Premium typically take 3–5 days, and Full Signature 5–7 days. Once your consultation form is submitted, you’ll receive an estimated delivery date via email or SMS.
  • In what format will I receive my results?
All consultations are delivered as a PDF report, summarising the analysis process, results, and recommendations. Premium and Full Signature include more detailed and comprehensive findings.
  • How reliable is Avaé’s analysis?
Avaé does not rely on subjective impressions or personal bias. We use quantitative measurements backed by tens of thousands of data points. We apply validated structural and proportional frameworks for accuracy. This ensures results are objective, consistent, and reproducible, rather than based on individual opinion.
  • If photos can look different from real life, how can avaé ensure accurate results? (Photo Guide Related)
Avaé’s consulting relies on standardised, photo-based measurement, which provides a more consistent and objective framework than in-person observation. Face-to-face assessments are often influenced by angle, distance, lighting, or even subjective impressions, whereas photos taken under controlled guidelines allow us to measure structure against a fixed standard. Our photo guide is the result of years of research and validation, designed to minimise distortion of bone structure, proportions, and lines. This process uses a reverse analysis method, enabling precision comparable to live measurement. When photos are taken according to the guide, they often deliver higher reproducibility and accuracy than direct observation. However, photos not aligned with the guide may reduce accuracy, which is why following the guidelines is essential.
  • Will my consultation results still be accurate if I’m currently dieting, or planning a procedure or surgery?
Significant weight loss, cosmetic procedures, or surgery can change your facial shape and body proportions, which makes it difficult to predict results in advance with complete accuracy. Even with simple dieting, the way your body loses fat differs by individual: for example, cheekbones or jawline may remain relatively unchanged while only the lower face reduces, or in cases with strong muscle definition, the overall bone shape may stay the same while the face simply becomes smaller. In addition, the timing of weight loss matters. Losing 10kg in your early twenties can affect facial contours differently compared to the same loss later in life. For this reason, we recommend booking your consultation after your body and facial lines have stabilised, as this ensures the most accurate results. For example, changes in the neck, shoulders, or jawline can alter which styles are most suitable. Therefore, to receive guidance that truly reflects your final look, it is best to consult Avaé once your post-diet or post-procedure appearance has settled.
  • Can I ask follow-up questions after my consultation?
Yes. Clients may ask additional questions online within 30 days of delivery, subject to their service tier: Duo: up to 3 questions Trio: up to 5 questions Full Signature: up to 8 questions Trial and Standard: not included
  • Can I get a refund or make changes after booking?
Once analysis has begun, changes or refunds are not possible. As each consultation is custom-built, please review all service details carefully before booking.
