General Principles

Avaé’s services are based on personalised analysis and tailored report creation.

Therefore, all payments are non-refundable once completed.

This is because consultant time and resources are invested immediately after payment, and the report preparation process begins at once.
Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds are not available after payment, even if the report has not yet been delivered.

Refunds will not be granted for reasons such as change of mind, subjective dissatisfaction, or unmet personal expectations.

If report delivery is delayed due to the client’s late submission of required materials (e.g. photos, questionnaires), refunds will not be provided.
Exceptions
Refunds or re-delivery may be considered only in the following cases:

The report was not delivered due to a technical or system error.

Avaé failed to provide the service due to our own fault.
