Medical Tourism Detailed Process
Step 1. Free Initial Consultation
Before your free consultation, we will ask you to complete a pre-consultation form so we can understand your treatment interests, concerns, medical history, preferred travel dates, budget, and purpose of visiting Korea.
Based on your form, we then conduct a free initial consultation of approximately 30 minutes to explain the overall service process, discuss general suitability, and help you understand how avaé can support your journey.
This step helps us confirm that your needs and our service direction are aligned before architecting your tailored experience.
Step 2. Deposit Payment & Personalised Plan
If you decide to proceed after the free consultation, your personalised planning process begins once the deposit payment is confirmed.
After receiving your deposit, we prepare an individual plan based on your needs, treatment goals, budget, length of stay, recovery time, and any preferred clinics, hospitals, or locations.
Your personalised roadmap will be curated within 48 hours, detailing recommended premier clinics, institutional scheduling, estimation of costs, and a structured recovery blueprint aligned with your baseline journey.
Step 3. Confirmation & Final Consultation
Once you have reviewed the personalised plan and decided to proceed, we arrange one more consultation either in person or online.
At this stage, we finalise your treatment timeline, clinic bookings, accommodation coordination, and pre-arrival guidance to ensure total preparation.
We help you clearly understand the full schedule before arriving in Korea, while supporting the necessary booking process and pre-arrival guidance.
Step 4. Arrival in Korea & Initial Schedule
Upon your arrival, your logistical coordination and initial schedule will be activated according to your selected plan.
Depending on your choice, airport transfers, hotel check-ins, and initial clinic consultations will be conducted independently through our structured guidance, alongside a dedicated client manager, or through Ava Private Concierge, depending on your selected plan.
This is an important step to confirm your condition and finalise the most suitable treatment direction before your procedure or surgery.
Step 5. Treatment or Surgery
Your procedure or surgery will take place based on the final consultation and test results.
On the day of your procedure, your journey remains effortlessly coordinated. Medical translation, private transfers, and on-site companion services are meticulously executed according to your selected concierge plan and support arrangements, ensuring total peace of mind.
We provide attentive support so you can feel more comfortable and reassured while receiving treatment in an unfamiliar environment.
Step 6. Recovery & Follow-Up
After your treatment, you will have time to rest and recover, with follow-up visits arranged where required.
