You agree that Australian Privacy Principle 8.1 will not apply to such disclosures. For the avoidance of doubt, overseas recipients may not be bound by the Australian Privacy Act, and you may not be able to seek redress under Australian law if an overseas recipient handles your information in breach of the APPs.
